The only thing I don't like is it doesn't show Time, Date, and Weather but that's ok.

Wonderful theme, just loved the lockscreen! Mine is on 4.3.3 and worked perfect.
Would just like to know if it's possible to use another background.

Yes, it is possible just replace the Wallpaper file in the .theme. It's a jpg can't remeber exactly what it's called, but it's the only one in the main folder ;)

Is it possible to delete "Spring" text and add weather icons above city text?

It is possibly to remove the Season, but I do not have weather icons added :/
